ITB Community – innovating in uncharted waters
As uncertainty continues to be a bugbear in these strange times, creative ideas that bring people together in an effective and efficient manner are all the more important.
To this end, the creation by Messe Berlin (Singapore) of the “ITB Community in Asia” has been very timely. With it, ITB Asia’s organisers made the bold decision to ensure that the annual show could still go on, providing meaningful conversations that have always been associated with the physical events, while fully leveraging the benefits of a digital platform.
ITB Community offers a comprehensive user experience, virtual events (including the current ITB Asia Virtual) with business networking opportunities, and knowledge exchange with expansive interactive content for community members to leverage on. Being the unique platform of its kind for the travel trade industry in Asia, ITB Community also has a year-long engagement programme for all travel and tourism stakeholders, free of charge for its inception year.
The Community leverages ITB Asia’s global database of travel suppliers and buyers to virtually continue their conversations and to contribute best practices and content for the travel trade to navigate the recovery of tourism.
As the leading travel and trade show in Asia, ITB Asia thus remains committed to building a stronger community to support recovery and restore confidence in travel.
