“ITB Asia has been a great show which has enabled us to reach out to operators working across Southeast Asia. We do not have any representation in the region, so this show is our opportunity to raise awareness of what San Francisco has to offer. In particular, we have received enquiries for both corporate and incentive travel, and we have also been approached about MICE opportunities and I will take these leads back to my colleagues in San Francisco. This is my second time at ITB Asia and I can see that the show has evolved in the ve years since I last visited. We are here with Brand USA and there is a great value in coming to an exhibition like this with the national DMO. I have liked using the ITB Asia app and being able to schedule meetings through it has been very useful. I would highly recommend the app, as it makes planning so much easier.
I attended a couple of the conferences and I particularly liked the presentation from Skift, which discussed innovations that are defining the future of how people experience travel.”
