The right platform at the right place

The ITB umbrella brand, announced by Dr Christian Göke, CEO of Messe Berlin, at ITB Berlin in March, brings three market-leading events – the trade shows in Germany (ITB Berlin), Singapore (ITB Asia) and China (ITB China) – under one label. The aim: to make sure that ITB is where the growth is and then supply the industry with the right business platform at the right place.

Southeast Asia more than ever deserves its own dedicated trade show and the figures speak for themselves. UNWTO figures show that tourism in this region are again ahead of other global regions.

It’s no surprise then that this year again, top-level speakers have come to Singapore to share their views on the industry, that the number of exhibitors is at an all-time high – 20% up on 2017 – and a great number of buyers are expected over the next three days.

The ITB umbrella brand approach will definitely create additional awareness and business opportunities and ITB Asia will doubtless continue to grow thanks to this global reach.

Now the stage is set; ITB Asia is open for business and we are sure that these next days will enable you to benefit from this fast-growing area.
